Provides extensive resource for product safety concerns and recall information. Subscribe to their email service to receive important information on product recalls.


Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association (JPMA)

The JPMA is a national trade association representing more than 400 juvenile products companies in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Its web site details general baby product safety information and features an online gSafety Househ that provides a room-by-room safety checklist. You may also order their baby safety brochure-- "Safe and Sound For Baby".


National SafeKids Campaign

Provides information on child injury statistics and advice on injury prevention. Locally, the Wake County Safe Kids Coalition, part of the Triangle SafeKids Network, sponsors injury prevention programs to focus on unintentional injury prevention, including bike safety rodeos, car seat inspections, and Risk Watch-an injury prevention education program for school children.
